Subscription Cancellation Policy

Orvela offers subscription options for select products through Seal Subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges billed automatically at the frequency you select at checkout, until you cancel.

Billing: Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Before each renewal, you will receive a reminder email that includes a link to manage your subscription.

Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription: You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date by:

• Clicking the "Manage Subscription" link in your order confirmation or renewal reminder email, or
• Logging in to your customer account, or
• Contacting us at support@getorvela.com

Cancellations take effect for your next billing cycle. Charges that have already been processed are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Changes: You may adjust your subscription frequency or the products in your subscription through the same methods listed above.
