All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 
excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with 
tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO 
Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via 
email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to 
update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please

number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve the issue 
within 2 business days.
