Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused or gently used (we understand you need 
  to try it to know if it works)
- Original packaging preferred but not required

How to Request a Return
1. Email support@orvela.com with your order number and reason 
   for return
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 
   3–5 business days to your original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please email 
support@orvela.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. 
We will send a replacement at no charge.
